Refund policy
At LT², we want you to love every purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. While we don’t issue cash refunds, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange of equal or lesser value. A restocking fee may apply.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at Lt_squared@yahoo.com to begin the process. If your return is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

Damages and Issues
We carefully hand-craft and pack each order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, we’ll issue store credit that you can use toward a separate purchase of your preferred item. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of both returning the original item and receiving the new one.
Refunds
We do not issue financial refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges only.
