Inventory
We have a moderate inventory of our items, however some ingredients to create a product will be out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control. At such time, we will contact the consumer with an approximate time of when the product will be ready for pick up or shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Our method of shipping is USPS. Once orders have been shipped, customers will receive an email that includes tracking updates up to the delivery.
Orders that select the pick-up option will be emailed when the order is ready. All pick up orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of the order date. If the order is not picked up within these 2 weeks, the order will be restocked and the consumer will be issued an in store credit minus a restocking fee. No refunds will be issued.
We do NOT guarantee delivery times for any of our shipped orders as they are all out of our hands once they leave our facility.
If a package is returned to LT Squared due to an incorrect address entered during the check out process, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship a package with the corrected address.
Damaged/Lost
As artisans, we create natural, hand poured products, extreme temperatures during shipment will cause melting of some of those products to occur. This change in the state of the product does not, in any way, change the desired or intended result to the satisfaction or expectation of the consumer. If your product melts, simply shake it and place it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
Late, lost or damaged packages are subject to occur with delivery services. Multiple shipments may oftentimes arrive a few days apart, please allow ample time for your shipment to arrive before calling us to report the package missing.
Since we hand pour all of our products, kindly allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Once we ship your order and send the confirmation email, LT Squared is not responsible for packages that are late, lost, damaged or stolen. It is the responsibility of the customer to resolve shipping issues directly with USPS. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it please check all areas around the perimeter of your home, leasing office (if applicable) and neighbors to see if someone received it as a mistake.
