Is setup and cleanup time included?
Can I bring my own caterer or food?
Yes! You're welcome to provide your own food or hire the caterer of your choice.
Our prep room includes a sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and counter space to make serving your guests easier. We simply ask that all food and trash are removed before your rental ends. Guests should also bring their own ice.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes. Alcohol may be permitted with prior approval.
Events serving alcohol require a security fee and security guard based on guest count and must comply with all applicable laws. Our team will review the details with you during booking.
How many guests can Chapter 929 accommodate?
Chapter 929 comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests for both celebrations and creative studio rentals. This size creates an intimate, elegant atmosphere while giving your guests plenty of room to enjoy the space.

Absolutely!
We encourage you to personalize your event. To protect the venue, we ask that you avoid nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesives, or anything that could damage the walls, floors, or ceilings.
If you'd rather leave the decorating to us, we also offer professional décor enhancements and setup services.
Do you offer decorating services?
Yes!
Through our parent company, LT², we can help create a completely customized celebration with:

What if I need more time?
We understand that celebrations don't always end exactly on schedule.
Additional time may be available if there isn't another booking immediately after yours. Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments, so we always recommend reserving the amount of time you think you'll need.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes.
A refundable $250 Damage & Incident Deposit is required for Event Chapter rentals.
As long as the space is returned in the same condition it was received and there are no damages or policy violations, your deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after your event.
Do I need event insurance?
Yes.
All renters are required to provide proof of liability insurance and list Chapter 929 as an additional insured before their event or studio rental.
If you've never purchased event insurance before, don't worry—we'll guide you through the process. It's typically affordable and helps protect both you and your guests.

If your plans change, we'll do our best to work with you.

At this time, no.
Chapter 929 is located on the lower level of our building and is accessed by approximately 15 stairs through the rear entrance. We want every guest to have the information they need when planning their visit.
